Job Description:
Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Essential Functions:
Part Marking PWBs Printing and Inspecting Labels Baking PWBs Baking SMDs Inducting/receiving new parts into MyCenter/MyLabel inventory tracking system MES/FLX experience Alloy verification with XRF testing for BTCs (bottom terminated components) Part Count using x-ray Laser etch part marking Parts list/drawing rev verification Stencil verification Inventory Management (MyCenter/MyLabel) Good oral and written communication
Qualifications:
Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Inventory Management SMT Processes Machine Operations Advance Computer Skills Able to work with Spreadsheets/Databases Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
